We are the merchant of record for the seller you bought from
Saleonix is a commerce platform: businesses and creators sell their products through us, and we act as their authorized reseller. When you paid, the card transaction was processed under Saleonix’s merchant account — which is why our name, not the seller’s, appears on your statement and payment records. How your payment was processed
Card processing
Card transactions are processed through the Payten payment gateway. Visa and Mastercard are accepted, and amounts are charged in euro (EUR).
Acquiring bank
Our acquiring bank is BKT (Banka Kombëtare Tregtare Kosovë). Saleonix holds the merchant account — the sellers on our platform do not need their own.
Statement descriptor
Charges appear on card statements under Saleonix, because we are the merchant of record for the transaction — not the individual seller.

Receipts, invoices, and refunds
Receipts and order confirmations
Every completed payment has a customer-facing order page and receipt. The link is included in the confirmation email sent at checkout.
Invoices
If your purchase was made against a Saleonix invoice, the invoice document itself is your billing record. Need a copy or a correction? Email our billing team.
Refunds
Refunds are executed by Saleonix as the merchant on the transaction, in line with our terms and the seller's refund policy. Start by replying to your receipt or contacting support.

Why does my invoice or card statement say Saleonix and not the seller?
The business you bought from sells through Saleonix. We act as their merchant of record — an authorized reseller that takes commercial responsibility for the payment. The card transaction is therefore between you and Saleonix (Vortarix LLC), while the product or service itself is delivered by the seller.
Who is the counterparty for our accounts-payable records?
For the payment itself, the counterparty is Vortarix LLC (trading as Saleonix), NUI 812339986, Pejë, Republic of Kosovo. Use the company details on this page to set us up as a supplier in your procurement or AP system.
Who do I contact about the product, and who about the payment?
Product questions (features, delivery, licenses) go to the seller you bought from. Payment questions (charges, receipts, refunds, disputes) go to Saleonix — email support@saleonix.com or use our support page.
Is Saleonix authorized to sell on the seller's behalf?
Yes. Sellers on Saleonix are verified businesses and individuals who authorize us to resell their products and collect payment on their behalf, under our published terms and conditions.
